The Scottish Certificate for Personal Licence Holders (SCPLH) is a mandatory requirement for gaining your personal licence. CPL Learning offer a comprehensive e-learning course for you to complete all the learning required to gain your SCPLH. Once you have completed the course, you will then complete your exam via a web portal which will be recorded via a web camera.
